Metro Plus Ile-Perrot is known for its super friendly staff who are always helpful and smiling. Customers appreciate the affordable prices compared to nearby competition, although some items are considered overpriced. The store is well-stocked with shelves that are always full, making it easy to find what is needed. However, produce quality can be inconsistent, particularly with grapes, and some standard product variations may be lacking. While the butcher service is praised as very good, customers express a desire for more flexibility in purchasing options, such as being able to buy individual items instead of multiple packs. Sale signs sometimes mislead shoppers, as they are not always placed near the correct items. Additionally, some customers have noted that expired products can occasionally be found on shelves. Despite these issues, the store is clean, with useful features like foot pedal sinks and automatic soap dispensers. The ample parking and easy access in and out of the store are also considered advantages. Overall, Metro Plus Ile-Perrot offers a decent grocery shopping experience with room for improvements.
Actual humans work at this store. I’ll never set foot in Maxi because it’s a stressful experience, but I actually enjoy shopping here and not feeling like cattle. Prices are not higher, especially if you shop the sales. Love love love the staff who work here and the overall shopping experience.
