This market not only offers a wide variety of cooking ingredients, such as flours, spices and traditional sauces from our countries, but also prepared foods of excellent quality. The freshly made Colombian empanadas, the arepas with cheese, buñuelos and pandebonos, the chorizos with arepa are unmissable.
Furthermore, something that really stands out is that here you can find typical hygiene products from our countries, such as soaps, detergents and everyday items from our culture that make us feel closer to home. Everything is very well organized, the prices are reasonable and the staff is always ready to help you with a smile.

“Update unfortunately the removal of the scanners is deplorable (-1 star). And the freshness of fruits/vegetables is not always carefully checked, I came across items that were already rotten.
Update The addition of a scanner to pre-save articles is simply brilliant. You pack only once and no surprises at checkout, the total is calculated, it's the ultimate experience.
Metro well kept clean fresh products friendly staff. Experience what I expect from a Metro. I really like the self-service checkouts.”

“This store is the cleanest store in the area and my compliments go to the Viau family. The produce area as you enter is always nice and fresh and the service is exceptional and helpful. The shelves throughout the store are always well stocked with a good assortment of local Quebec products and just about everything you need for your households. The cashier area does slow down sometimes depending on the time of day but that is expected. All that said the owners, the Viau family, deserve a hats off for all the hard work and planning that goes into a well setup and efficient grocery store. ? Mega.”

“Actual humans work at this store. I’ll never set foot in Maxi because it’s a stressful experience, but I actually enjoy shopping here and not feeling like cattle. Prices are not higher, especially if you shop the sales. Love love love the staff who work here and the overall shopping experience.”

“We recently started shopping at this Metro since it’s one of the only grocery stores open past 9 PM, and it’s quickly become our go-to. We’ve been coming here for a couple of months now and really enjoy it. It’s a large store with a great selection and much more variety compared to other grocery stores nearby.
It’s especially convenient on days when we have training and can’t make it earlier—being open until 10 PM makes a big difference. Even on days when we could go somewhere closer, we often choose to come here because of the quality and range of products. They carry a lot of items that are hard to find elsewhere.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for variety and later shopping hours!”
