“The first time, about nine months ago, I went to the RBC Bank on Guy Concordia Street with my spouse to open an account.
One of the bank officials named Mrs. Elnaz Khosravani and her colleague talked to us and provided a lot of guidance.
Until today, May 6, 2024, Elnaz is located at 13135 B0ul Gouin Ouest Montreal, they have answered our questions several times during office hours and sometimes even during
leisure and holidays. They often handled our tasks remotely and in a secure manner, with today being the latest instance.
I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for Elnaz's efforts and those of their colleagues who made this possible

“I met with Maddy at the CIBC branch who helped me update my SIN number and address for my CIBC account since I became a permanent resident and moved to Quebec. She also helped me secure a new credit card with better credit availability (my previous card was as an international graduate student and only had a limit of $500). She also offered me a line of credit at a decent interest rate, and was very patient in explaining how it worked. She also helped with hiccups with the CC and LOC on the credit team's end. It has been a very pleasant experience working with Maddy!”
