They are of the utmost craftsmanship and creativity. I've bought most my vogs in Toronto and have had solid service - sometimes a tad snobby, but not often, and quite often excellent. However, today I just bought 5 pairs of vogs in Montreal, all on account of one AMAZING staff member (an Assistant Gérante) Marnie. Marnie is the type of gal that puts the professionalism in service. She intuited my tastes and as I pursued one pair, Marnie had 4 others T'd up. She nailed it. Then she never lost patience in her pursuit to help my wife - who has for more particular feet. A professional doesn't sell sell sell, in this case, she asks, learns, understands and solves. No pressure, just skill. I bought 5x more than I planned and feel great about it. She is a rock star and is a prime example of how essential actual face-to-face service is in a world of doorstep retail. Canadians don't pay enough homage and respect to professional sales staff. Hats off Marnie!”
