“We recently made a purchase from Meubles RD Laval, and overall, the buying process was smooth. The furniture quality is excellent, and I’m very happy with my purchase. That said, the experience could easily have turned into a nightmare because of the challenges we faced with the post-delivery process and the online customer support team. Fortunately, Kimberly, the store manager, completely turned the situation around. Kimberly is incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely understands the importance of taking care of customers. She went above and beyond to help us navigate the issues and made sure we were satisfied. Her commitment to customer service is exactly what creates loyal customers and reflects positively on the store. Thank you, Kim, for your outstanding support and dedication. You truly made all the difference in our experience!”

“Same delivery team came twice. Daniel and his helper. So friendly and efficient! Took time to cut out cardboard windows for each appliance so I could preview them for damage. And I just love the delivery app that tracks the truck! Nice work, JCP!”

“I’m very happy with my experience with JC Perreault! From placing my order to delivery, everything went smoothly. My order arrived exactly when I was told it would. They contacted me ahead of time to arrange a delivery date, and on the day of delivery, they kept me updated throughout the day so I knew when to expect them. I really appreciated the communication and the fact that they kept me informed every step of the way. Great service, great communication, and they delivered exactly as promised. I would definitely recommend JC Perreault!”

“I went to pick up a package and the warehouse team was awesome! Very friendly, helpful, smiling and helpful. To the owners: take care of it!Only negative point: the pick-up times displayed on the sign in front of the building are not good. It is best to rely on the times posted on Google or to call before stopping by.”
