“Another seamless and satisfying experience at Valois Bay Garage! I’ve been coming here for years for all my car body shop repairs, whether they are accidents covered by insurance or just minor repairs. Frances is always very kind and accommodating, his team’s work is efficient, thorough, and very clean. He is very knowledgeable and offers great advice with regard to extending the life of your car, lease returns, even future purchases! I would not hesitate to trust him and his team to take good care of you and your car. Highly recommend!”

“Purchased a vehicle from Valentin V. He made it a seamless experience. He was professional, knowledgeable and very communicative. Most importantly, he was fair and honest. The best experience at any Toyota dealership in the greater montreal area. Will be a returning customer here for many years thanks to Valentin.”

“I went in to get my rear brakes changed, and they told me I needed new calipers as well. They handled it and even found a deal on the parts, which saved me money. They didn’t charge any extra labour either. They got everything done the same day, and the pricing was way better than I expected. They were also honest about what actually needed to be done and didn’t force me into any extra work. They even told me I could do the front brakes myself if I had the right knowledge and gave me advice on it. Overall, really honest and trustworthy shop.”

“I’ve been going to Carline for years and wouldn’t trust my cars anywhere else. Chant is always available, reliable, and honest, which is hard to find these days. He takes the time to explain things clearly and never pushes unnecessary repairs. Great service, fair prices, and people you can genuinely trust. Highly recommended!”
