“Great service, nice cars. I've been renting for the weekends lately and have been very happy with them. The only drawbacks I see is that it is not open on Sundays and they close at 5pm daily (except Saturday's when they close at noon)... also they don't offer the pick-up option here but I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask them.Twice I selected Enterprise's 'You Click. We Pick' and saved a few bucks... but you don't know what you are getting, a compact or a higher level but I've been happy with them.”

“Loved my free upgrade to a Tesla… got to try an electric car at no extra cost. Recharged using a home 240 outlet overnight, outside in -11 weather. No problems at all. Clean and easy to drive. Budget was good to work with and no hidden costs.”
“i rented a car for two weeks and i had a problem with the belt in the 3rd row seat.it was a 7 seat car and i came to change the car.when i came i was rude and with no pations i asked for a refund/change/ and all the things we ask when we are mad!!than i met the manager of avis/budget of yul airport. the guy remainded me what is good service and how lucky you are when you work at proffesion that you also likethe service i got was amazing, very pation very plasent and very kind.i really undersood that i am in good hands and i loved the Solutions that he gave me.i really hope to get service like that in the future, i am from israel the guy is from lebanon and he treated me like i am above anyone alsei will deffently rent back there. i was so pleased and warm by the good servicekeep up the good work and salute from israel”

“I was impressed with the support the staff offered for both Hertz customers and others. There were two groups of non Hertz customers who asked for assistance at the desk, and they were treated with the same level of customer support and respect I was receiving. My experience was equally pleasant.The vehicle was clean but had some cosmetic damage. I would have preferred if all the damage had been recorded on the slip prior to my review of the vehicle. I took many photos of the vehicle before leaving the parking garage. My only issue was that there was no snow brush in the vehicle.”
