“Ultra-efficient service. I walked in with an online reservation, and from reception (very prompt reception) to key hand off took less than 10 minutes. This is how car rental service should be.

At return, wait was less than 5 minutes. Though the front desk was busy, another agent working for Enterprise helped with checkout

The SUV given to me had an issue where the gas tank would not open and I could not refuel before returning the rental. I explained the issue to the person who helped with check out and she was understanding and said the refuelling surcharge would be forgiven.

This is A+ service.

There are several rental companies operating at YQB however I chose Enterprise because they appear to have the longest operating hours per day so late returns and early check ins are possible.

The car given to me was almost brand new and in good condition. Thanks to Enterprise's efficient service, I could make the most out of my short YQB day trip
