It is rarely busy or crowded, offering a calm, harmonious, and friendly general atmosphere suitable for all age groups. The facility is noted for its cleanliness, including clean showers. It features a complete quantity of equipment for all workouts, with many free weights and machines, though they are not the fanciest or newest. Amenities include a shake bar, steam and dry saunas, a punching bag, a spinning room, and a mat room for Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Classes are offered and multiple private trainers are available on-site.

This place is the only gym I have known to be loyal to. The cleanliness of the place, the shake bar, the quantity of free weights and machines are reasons why I will always return there. Without forgetting, the saunas: steam and dry. Clean showers.

The only thing missing from the gym would be a deadlift platform! otherwise nothing to complain about about the gym
