After receiving my furniture, when I took my bench out of the box, I noticed that a screw was stuck in the side of the box and ripped my bench. I informed the store which they means a form to the manufacturer. After several weeks I called back and the store replied that it’s have to deal with the manufacturer myself and that it was out of their hands. I never received anymore info news after that. Finally, after many months (October to January) I received a brand new bench at the store. I suppose since it's a manufacturer from Quebec and every piece is handmade, it makes sense that it took so long. I am pleased that the store kept its great reputation. Thank you. (just make sure to inspect your merchandise)”
