SCAMMERS! I strongly advise you not to go to this Dormez-vous service point. My wife went there and was offered 30% off a pillow. I went the same day to buy the same pillow a second time, and there it was 15% the best deal they could give. GREAT LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. After explaining to them, they sent me away and told me to look elsewhere, two old men in ties.
Avoid this trouble.

I rarely write reviews, but the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. We were shopping for our first mattress, we didn't yet know what we preferred. The man with his tie comes to see us, asks what we're looking for, I say I don't know. The man replies that we should know what we're looking for, speak in an extremely condescending tone and just make us sit down after making unnecessary comments. I've never seen that anywhere, it would be better to have no one in the store than such an unpleasant person.

Good service until the seller told us that the offer ended that same evening! Bad sales technique and the attitude of the seller when we told him we won't buy today! Wow incredible never seen before. I will never be able to set foot in this store again. I do not recommend the mattresses are overpriced and the seller is even allowed to denigrate another store which is a lack of professionalism. As good consumers we have the right to shop before buying.

Incredible, the way of being greeted by a salesman whose behavior is worthy of an Alfred Hitchcock horror film. Going there to get advice from an expert on the possible purchase of a mattress topper, we were faced with an individual full of himself wanting to sell us another mattress rather than meeting our needs... . never more for me than Dormez-vous… you really have to SLEEP on gas to have such an imbecile as a salesman… simply mind-blowing

Sur le moment j’étais content du service jusqu’à apprendre que mon oreiller a 249$ avent taxe avais une offre 2 pour 1 que l’on ne m’a pas donner !!! Pour moi une arnaque !!! Après avoir appeler j’ai juste eu le droit à un pardon j’avais pas vue même pas une proposition d’offre pour s’excuser ! Je vous conseille Dormez vous Candiac meilleur service !!

I was planning to give my husband a good quality orieller as a Christmas present. Customer service as well as the seller confirmed to me that I can return or exchange if not used. The purchase is made at branch #335 St-Hubert with the Mario representative. When we arrived at the store to try the pillow, we received no service: not listened to and not accompanied. I understand- December 26th. We decided to exchange the product. Passing by on December 28, the seller Nicolas told me that the exchange is impossible without wanting to look at the invoice (it was well written, can return or exchange if not used!!!!) even without wanting to approach us, I admits that customer service is incompetent. Therefore, there is no standard exchange policy. Additionally, he told me the box is opened without inspecting it and asked me to leave the store. I felt really humiliated, I was treated like a liar. Empathy, active listening, communication, understanding the needs of its users and meeting their expectations, the desire to maximize customer satisfaction - are these still the qualities of good customer service? I lost confidence in speech, in human honesty.On December 29, I completed the exchange without comment in 10 minutes. I wonder was it worth it? My gift cost me a lot of money.
