“The teller’s are all very good and I’ve never really had any issues with them. There’s just an imbalance of number of tellers and how fast customers are being served. Also most people need to understand most basic banking needs are being completed online which reserves the bank for those trickier or longer requests, so naturally not every transaction will be a quick one. We just need to be patient and the bank needs to have more tellers available. Many of these setbacks are from RBC themselves and not at a branch level.”
