    Since the branches disappeared, it's impossible to speak to anyone. It's been 4 days I've been trying to speak with a person, left several messages impossible to get service. The nearest branch is now only 120km one way. My patience is starting to reach the limit

    Worst bank is hell they will go bankrupt take out your money or it will be the disaster of 2024

    We visited this branch to open an account, and had to make an appointment as we live 150km away. When we arrived everything was ready and we didn't have to wait. Very satisfied.
