“Purchased a tool and some fasteners here ; dealt with Robert. Store was clean and well-merchandised. Employee was trained/knowledgable and able to answer my not-so-easy questions with human answers. One of the best selections of Dewalt and Milwaukee I've seen, and the items I needed were in stock. Will buy here again & would refer.Edit spring 2022: still great service, and everything I needed was in stock. J'avais également besoin de réparé un outil Dewalt et ils ont pu le faire sur place. Je considère Cloumatic une ressource.Edit 2023: toujours un bon service ; équipe solide,”
“A huge thank you to the 3 ladies who helped me at this store! Jolyane, Elizabeth, and Odette were incredibly helpful, managed to identify the replacement parts I needed from my awkward descriptions. I happened to be driving by so just thought I'd give it a chance, and with a few questions they produced the pieces and sent me on my way. Thank you so much!!”
“Smaller size store, in comparison to the nearby Home Depot. However, the staff is generally more available and we are supporting local businesses. If you shop the specials you can often find a great deal.”
“More choice than Rona. Less expensive too.
There's no hassle when it comes to returning the goods... In short, they're less poor than Rona!
More serious people!”
“We know nothing about building materials and had to purchase a multitude of materials to repair our back deck and gutters. The service counter associate was kind and patient enough to look at our photos, find the material in question and help us with the measurements we had scribbled on a paper. We received our order the next day as promised and all the materials cut as requested! I recommend this branch to everyone!!”

“Wow! Wow! What an exceptional service, attentive, professional and attentive to our needs. It was without pressure, with great patience and with sound advice that we were guided in our choices by Daniel and Julie. They have a good knowledge of their quality products and are able to make recommendations that best suit our renovation project. Many thanks again for your support!!”
