It is impossible to connect with anyone at this BMO bank branch unless you go there in person. They never respond the phone or follow-up any phone messages that are left. There doesn't seem to be anyway to email them or to message them via the BMO bank account. We have strange charges appearing on the account and no one...

Horrible service. One teller. 7 people in line. Had to wake up a slumbering office worker who could not see through his glassed in office that 7 customers were waiting
