Very bad service at this bank! I would give it a big ZERO. I went to this bank as my original branch (BMO customer for over 15 years) for a VERY simple transaction! Ultimately a big waste of time, I did not get the service I was entitled to receive. The advisor complicated and even botched the transaction by giving me bad information. I called BMO services directly by telephone and they settled everything on the spot and confirmed that the bank was in the wrong! I will never set foot in your branch again.

Good morning,I was really well received and advised by Ms. Catherine Bourcier. I closed my accounts on Lapinière because the service was terrible. I only had one RESP left which I ultimately kept thanks to Ms. Catherine. This puts me back into the idea that not everyone at BMO is incompetent. THANKS

The branch is full of employees just walking around or looking at their cellphones for only one teller and a line up of people. Why a 5 minutes transaction should take close to one hour.

Worst service ever ! I forgot my bank card but I had my drivers license and my account number. Seriously it was so complicated the manager and the teller kept on looking at me and my ID she seriously started at me for a good 5 minutes. Told me why didn’t you go closer to your house. Like I’m not suppose to bank here. When she was about to give me money she said oh just to be sure let me note your Medicare card. Never mind when I first walk in the bank is full with workers but only one teller. Even the other customers were complaining how they don’t like to bank here.

The number of instances this bank has caused MAJOR errors and stress managing my accounts never ceases to amaze me ??♀️. Inability to effectively process mortgage documents. Major mishaps managing accounts. "Glitch" in their system resulting in YEARS of erroneous charges. This bank has an extremely high employee turn-over resulting in files continously being mismanaged. I recommend all clients look over their accounts thoroughly!

Terrible customer service - can’t make appointments- doesn’t follow measures for masks during Covid - if it didn’t take 5 hours for customer support by phone I wouldn’t be here - would seriously consider changing banks

I went there with modification to do to my accounts and the customer service was great. Almost did not wait and over the top i got a debit card replacement because mine was faulty. Within 45 mins i had seen a mamager and i was out with all done and a new card.Was really happy with the services provided
