Exceptional service at this branch. Thanks to Guan and Esther for their advice, support and support! I have been a customer at this branch for years and for transactions outside the counter, it is always reassuring to have this quality of service.

Why ask me to sign an investment transfer electronically using my smartphone while I am in the office with the advisor? Funny practice! I left without the advisor even offering me an envelope to put my documents that I signed on paper. Not very professional.
