You would be lucky if you can call them friends, these people are something else. Been going there for three years now, they go out of there way to help you, very honest people, they won’t over charge you or charge you at times if they feel it’s not fair, they would take in your car in the same day if you must even if they are over booked for weeks just to help you. “It took a while, and they charged me a lot, but on the whole a good job. They installed a used engine, and forgot to tighten a cooling system hose clamp and connect a few wires. I had to stop and get the cooling system fixed and the water pump replaced to get home. My son says his shop is the only one in the world that automatically replaces water pumps on used BMW engines.”
“I recently towed a car there on a Sunday because it wouldn't start, despite the serviceman from the tow company trying to jump the battery and letting it run for a bit. I contacted them on Monday and they agreed to do a full inspection since I wanted to sell the car, as it was my late father's.
After performing thorough tests, we discovered that the battery had been drained and simply needed to be recharged. They also checked the alternator and starter, as well as any other potential issues.
I am very impressed with their professionalism, transparency, affordability, and speed of service. If you are in the market for buying a used car, I highly recommend having it inspected by them beforehand — or if your car requires servicing, give them a try. You will not be disappointed.”
