“I have never posted a review about a car rental site. But JEYA of the YUL National Car Rental site deserves one. I arrived into YUL after a 5 hour delay late at night. The counter was closed but Jeya saw me and escorted me to the kiosk in the parking garage. He took my info and had a car ready for me within 5 mins. He had a very friendly demeanor and I appreciated his excellent customer service after a very long day spent mostly at three different airports. Thank you Jeya! Often nowadays where you have many "younger" staff in customer facing roles, the service can be lackluster and they often give off the vibe that they don't want to be there or enjoy their jobs.
