Already a good first impression on my part for this gesture of courtesy. Then, the manager Francis took the time to check the room for free to help me out. That's what I call high class service. “On the 19th of December i could not connect my Lenovo to wifi.On the recommendation of a friend I called Richard. He said we could go to his office between 1 & 3 or make an appointment for him to come to our home. After quickly assessing I was not a victim of a virus he was able to get my machine functioning with a wireless adapter and offered to help me return my computer to Lenovo as it still under Warranty.
