Mario went absolutely above and beyond to answer my very specific questions, of which there were many. I was reassured regularly, and also informed in detail as to the specifications (which are complex) of the Canada Greener Homes and Renoclimat initiatives. The install was efficient. After install there was a very minor change that needed to be made, that was not their fault and they came back quickly to make sure we were 100% satisfied. John is very on top of everything and cares a lot about his family business. I couldn't recommend this company more, we are very happy and feel great moving forward with them knowing we have a lifetime warrantee on our windows. “Walked to Home Depot with google map took a long time get in ask a boy on floor where was the toolI needed sent me down in aile 13 go down theail didn't see my tool needed saw a young teenager sitting in the ail asked him if he was grounded, he answered very politely no, saw his mother if it was her son sitting down up the ail, told her what I said to him and she laughed with me that he had said exactly what her answer was. Finally did get my tool,but when I got to checkout I told the girl that I was paying less than it said on the shelf. I walk back home but before getting home I paid my very own birthday ? supper at Tim Hortons.”
