I've never wanted accolades for my work cause that's my job but I want to give accolades to cosmorama I have sent numerous customers to this store to purchase flooring doors moldings etc. The prices beat all the box stores and the service you receive are unheard of in any other store it seems every week they are bring in new products if you want to save money without compromising quality this is the store for you amazing jus saying”

Mario went absolutely above and beyond to answer my very specific questions, of which there were many. I was reassured regularly, and also informed in detail as to the specifications (which are complex) of the Canada Greener Homes and Renoclimat initiatives. The install was efficient. After install there was a very minor change that needed to be made, that was not their fault and they came back quickly to make sure we were 100% satisfied. John is very on top of everything and cares a lot about his family business. “Even though the two clerks in the front were too busy to be helpful & couldn’t tell me where D section in isle 11 was, the clerks at another location inside the store were great, looked up the part number I had from the internet and gave me directions to the other store Rona NDG where part would be found in their section D in isle 11. And I took bus 90 west of Cavendish to the 7000 block. This is the second time I have been at this store and the first time I also got a part number from the internet, clerk was very nice & found it for me. In this store don’t waste your time waiting for clerks too busy too help, since store wasn’t busy, find a clerk who will help, especially if you need to catch bus to the go to other store. The Rona catalog system that retrieves parts you need to improve your life, over the internet, is not too good to be true. The system is excellent & real.”

I didn’t catch her name but to make sure she gave me the right information she asked her manager and he quickly stepped in to help. Great service and advice from both even for such a small project. First time I go into a Rona and do not feel dismissed by employees!”
“We went to the kids workshop for Halloween. It was well organized with little kit individually wrapped for each kids. The lanterns were hard to assemble for the little hands but with a parent help they could complete the project. No tools were use the piece clic together. The kit comes with paint, a paintbrush and a small battery candle. They even provide a snack. On your first workshop the kids are given a small apron and a cute pin of the craft. The staff was extremely nice and patient with the kid, I highly recommend this activity.”
“Walked to Home Depot with google map took a long time get in ask a boy on floor where was the toolI needed sent me down in aile 13 go down theail didn't see my tool needed saw a young teenager sitting in the ail asked him if he was grounded, he answered very politely no, saw his mother if it was her son sitting down up the ail, told her what I said to him and she laughed with me that he had said exactly what her answer was. Finally did get my tool,but when I got to checkout I told the girl that I was paying less than it said on the shelf. I walk back home but before getting home I paid my very own birthday ? supper at Tim Hortons.”
