“Very good place. It’s a counter-clockwise store experience. From right to left. The staff is friendly. Pay attention to the light when exiting the parking lot on the red light. It is long, the system poorly detects cars and motorcycles.”
“I would like to say that I am used to paying $300 for my cakes, but life being what it is I had to turn to more economical cakes this year, and I simply wanted to highlight the magnificent work and the professionalism with which I was received and treated by the pastry chefs at IGA LAPLAINE. It was good and beautiful, thank you again my daughter was super happy!! ?✨”
“This is the remarkable place when arriving in the region. Not far from a gas station, it is easy and practical with take-away products, canned goods and equipment needed at home during the winter.”
“Large grocery store at well-priced prices. There is a wide variety of products on display, not forgetting the butcher's, bakery, fruit shop, dairy... The service is courteous and attentive. Free outdoor parking adjacent to the SAQ express counter.”
“I really like this IgA but I have to tip my hat to the bakery manager. I am lactose intolerant and have a hard time finding good desserts. I had already bought a lactose-free sugar tart at this IgA but I haven't been able to find any for several years. I took the trouble to speak to the Gironde who told me that she would check with the supplier and remind me of what she did within 2 days. I asked him to order me a box and in less than a week I had received my lactose-free sugar tarts. I went to more than 10 grocery stores in the surrounding area, Saint-Calixte Sainte-Sophie Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines Saint-Roch de l'Achigan and no one wanted to order some from me. I am extremely grateful. That's what we call good customer service.”
