Today I had to carry myself on a cane to do my grocery shopping. All the staff members in all the departments I encountered offered me their help. I have always loved doing my grocery shopping there, but today more than ever. I saw how customer service was their priority. A packer came to take my groceries to my car. I don't like to run out of products, especially toilet paper, facial tissues (Kleenex), paper towels, and interior cleaning products, especially when they're on special.”
