Canadian Tire is a popular retailer in Pincourt, Quebec, offering a wide range of products, including automotive items, tools, hardware, sports equipment, household goods, and outdoor supplies. The store also houses an auto center for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
However, the experience at the Lachute location seems to be less satisfactory. Customers often find discrepancies between the online inventory and the in-store availability, leading to disappointment and empty-handed departures. Employees at this store have also voiced their concerns about the issues.
In contrast, the Canadian Tire store in St-Eustache is praised for its superior customer experience. Customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, such as Sébastien and Earl, who have gone above and beyond to assist them.
Overall, the Canadian Tire store in Pincourt appears to offer a good selection of products and services, while the Lachute location could benefit from improvements to better align its inventory and customer service.
Came to car repair part of the store needing a battery replacement. While they ultimately couldn't do it because my needed battery is special, they were kind and courteous and trid really hard.
