Très déçu du service, on a acheté une poussette double, la coquille est fabriquée depuis déjà 4 ans, elle expire donc dans moins de 2 ans. Autrement ce n’est pas sécuritaire pour le bébé. Cela coûte 800$. Aucun moyen de retourner celle-ci. J’ai l’impression de m’être fait complètement avoir, comme s’il voulait écouler leur vieille inventaire.

During my visit to Canada to see my parents, our vehicle experienced an issue necessitating a stop at your store in St. Agathe. Given my father's longstanding loyalty as a client, we anticipated a swift resolution. However, our encounter with your staff proved to be distressing.Despite the initial assurance of a prompt evaluation, the delay in service appeared intentional, leading to a considerable hourly charge for what seemed to be minimal work. To exacerbate matters, the promised replacement vehicle was given to another client, leaving two elderly individuals and myself stranded.The subsequent revelation of an estimated cost exceeding $1200 was delivered callously and insensitively, particularly given my father's advanced age of 82 years. Despite our request for a discount, we were met with a refusal, contrary to the practices of reputable companies that prioritize customer loyalty.The logistical challenges continued with a delayed taxi arrival ( which you ordered) compounding our frustration. The ensuing financial burden, with a taxi fare of $130 to our residence and an anticipated $350 for transportation to the airport, which I need to get my flight , only added to the distress caused by this unfortunate incident.As my father is a dedicated customer, my expectation was not only quality service but also a sense of empathy and understanding in unforeseen circumstances.In light of this ordeal, I feel compelled to share my experience with a broader audience. I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts a reevaluation of customer service practices within your organization

5 p.m. and 1 checkout open with a good waiting line. If you don't have staff, open automatic cash registers. I left my purchases and will go to another store with better service.

Francis at the auto center is a rare gem in the area.Not only did Francis greet me with the biggest, most genuine smile, but he recognized my stressed energy with just one look.He immediately took my stress away and gave me 5 star service.His team was quick, his explanation regarding the mechanical problem with my car was clear and simple, and the highlight of his service was that he spoke to me with respect, as an equal (it is very rare to find mechanics who don't look down on women or try to defraud them). Francis managed to transform a normally stressful situation into a pleasant exchange between an employee and a customer, and to have my repairs carried out in record time (thanks to him, I was able to avoid the big snowstorm that was fast approaching !).This exceptional employee needs a salary increase every three months if Canadian Tire wants to keep him! :)Thanks for going above and beyond, Francis. You are much appreciated!

Decent CT store branch. A bit snug, and a bit light on customer assistance. Hardware is behind locked cabinets, which isn't all that convinient.2 employees walked off when asked for help in English. 3rd one, finally, engaged constructively.

At the auto part, the arrogant man, zero abuse when it closes in 1 hour. There are five of them at the counter. Super bad service. I don't recommend it!!!!
