“I like Old Navy because it’s easy to see the merchandise by categories and colours. It was Hard to identify the assistants in the store (no specific top or colours) and the women’s toilet had no toilet paper in both stalls.”

This week, I picked up a long sleeve T Shirt that was on sale for $5.99 and got an additional 50% off. Talk about a bargain. “Had a really amazing customer experience with Alexandra at BR Fairview Pointe Claire a couple of months ago! I had to buy clothes for a business trip and was feeling overwhelmed and discouraged. Alexandra was so helpful and so patient, giving me recommendations, grabbing me different sizes. I left with several great items. One recommendation I’d make is to put larger sizes out on the floor. I get lots of thank yous and they always have time for me to try to get their coupons on my phone (it is complicated). Once a young sales assistant shook my hand to thank me for recycling!”
