Stephanie, the manager, is absolutely extraordinary. Her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction are exceptional. She always goes above and beyond, even staying beyond her regular hours, to make sure everyone's questions and concerns are properly addressed. Her leadership, patience, and genuine care for customers make a tremendous difference.
And then there is Fadia, the tailor, who is simply a magician! Her talent, precision, and attention to detail are incredible. She is able to handle all kinds of alterations and tailoring requests with remarkable skill and care. She truly has an incredible ability to transform clothing and make sure everything fits perfectly.
Overall, Moores Pointe-Claire is a truly outstanding store with an exceptional team. The kindness, professionalism, expertise, and dedication of everyone there make every visit a wonderful experience.

“I usually shop here for jewelry because I prefer seeing pieces in person before ordering. While the in-store selection isn’t always extensive, the staff is consistently welcoming and very helpful; whether it’s placing an online order or checking availability at other locations. The clothing section is beautifully displayed, and the store is always clean and well organized.”

“I went to Fairview on Sunday to shop for my kids’ new wardrobe. As a mom of four, I usually put myself last, but I decided to treat myself to a pair of sweatpants that were listed at $30. I didn’t grab them right away, but an hour later I went back to spoil myself a little.
When I got to the cash, the associate—her name was Darleen—told me the sweatpants were actually on sale online and offered to price match them. Not only that, she helped me price match my entire purchase, and I ended up saving over $60!!!
I was SO happy. We were even chatting about how tough things are these days with the economy, and it was just so refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about her customers.
I’ve worked in retail before, and honestly, customer service isn’t what it used to be. So coming across someone like Darleen really made my day. I left feeling happy, taken care of, and grateful I saved money too!

I called this location and they made sure they had it and confirmed to me they had my new order ready. Since this particular store is about 1h drive from my place, I really appreciated the time they spent to ensure I didn't drive for nothing.”
