1217 Ave Greene AV, Westmount QC H3Z 1P0
“Out of the several post offices within the locale here, I prefer coming to this one if I have the opportunity. The employees are kind and helpful, not to mention there is typically little wait involved. I only wish it would be open a bit more later like some are in the area, as I'd only come here in that instance. :)”

21 Boulevard Georges-Gagné S, Delson QC J5B 2A0
“Visit this place regularly and always have good service, the day manager is very knowledgeable and very kind to customers. Before I went to the other branch in Delson and Saint-Constant but the people were stupid and didn't seem to want to take the time to explain shipping costs etc...For me, these are the best trusted branch in the region!”

901 St Catherine St E, Montreal QC H2L 2E0
“Super convenient for sending or receiving a package. The service varies greatly from one employee to another, but when things are going well, things are going fast!”

1 Pl. Ville-Marie #11230, Montreal QC H3B 3Y0
“I have gone to this Canada Post location multiple times for work-related post issues that required a lot of time and assistance, and the team has been amazing. Sharmila in particular was fantastic. She did everything she could to help me, and even followed up with me on a particularly unique mailing redirect issue to make sure I was in the loop of what was going on, when the call centre gave me incorrect info. Even with a busy line of some very rude customers, she was always kind and professional every time, helping everyone with their issues, and helping her colleagues all at once. Excellent customer service that is so greatly appreciated!”

237 Bd de la Côte Vertu, Saint-Laurent QC H4N 1C0
“Good postal counter. If you want my opinion, the biggest cause of long lines is poorly prepared or downright stupid customers. If you've ever sent a letter in your life, maybe you should Google it instead of arriving at the counter without an envelope and a pencil. You also have everyone who does not prepare their shipments in advance on the Canada Post website (which saves you time and money via preferential rates). For regular Canada Post users who are independent but still have to go to the counter for necessities, I am much more wary of the people in the line than the person at the counter. Thank you for the good service and above all for your patience.”

“The employee was extremely helpful and kind. I had a sneeze spell, and she ran to find tissues for me before I could even ask. Service was fast and straightforward.”
-
1000 Wellington St, Montreal QC H3C 1V0
“Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews, I’ve been using this post office regularly for a year and staff is always helpful and service speed depends on the number of customers.”
-
2880 Rue Remembrance, Lachine QC H8S 1X0
“the place is very convenient for Lachine residents!!! Yes, sometimes there are queues, but this is inevitable because so many people use the mail !!! Satisfied with the workers professional!!! Sometimes there are people who do not know why they came !!! they start writing on the spot because of them a queue is created !!!”

“(Translated by Google) Although several comments say bad things about this post office, I had no problems. I went around 11am on Saturday and there wasn't a long line. The young woman at the counter is friendly and kind. She quickly found my packages. I think you shouldn't go at the end of the day or too much around opening time. Go at times when it's not crowded, but in the middle of the day.
