“Solid store.

I wasn't sure at first, because I did a fair amount research before getting my bike and their salespeople essentially just confirmed it was the right bicycle for me without having to do a lot of hand holding during purchase time.

Then, I used the bicycle for a good 50-60km almost daily for 2 to 3 months and then started having significant problems with the the seat and the top 2 speeds.

At around the same time I needed help, the store was under renovation and they were not responsive with their phone because of that I think.

For a bit, I thought I was on my own, but then, I tried emailing them and they were super quick to reply over email offering me to come over the next day.

I come over, and he fixes my bicycle in like 15 minutes (replaced a component in my seat that was broken and adjusted another component that was misaligned with a machine he had, he also oiled my chain). Confirmed that if I had any more problems in the future, I could just bring my bicycle over.

So yeah, solid store that will not leave you hanging if you buy a bicycle from them. They provide support and they know their stuff.

“I have bought 4 Trek bikes in the past 11 years ( they have other brands too, e-bikes , etc.) and I have been thoroughly satisfied. When I first walked into the store, my first impression was that they are friendly. Very knowledgeable no pressure sales with excellent advice. From low to high end, they have it. The maintenance/repair shop is tops ( they take care of my tubeless tires nicely too++ ), really like the wax club and my bike rides extremely smooth. They have great store group rides which has pushed me to a new level of performance. I don’t live in the neighborhood yet go out of my way to go to the Pointe Claire store. One of the top bike stores in the city, I won’t go anywhere else.”

“This is not my first review of this shop, but after my most recent experience, I just had to update my review.

I would give them 10 stars if I could — 5 stars for the quality of their work and 5 stars for their staff and the way they treat their customers.

I originally came here for adjustments to my e-trike brakes and derailleur. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and the work was done quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with the service.

More recently, they helped me with a much more complicated problem with my trike. They took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem, inspect the differential and bearings, and fix the issue properly. Their knowledge and attention to detail really impressed me.

They are also very honest and fair with their pricing, which I really appreciate.

This is the best bike repair shop in the area, and I highly recommend them. Even if you have a shop closer to you, you won’t regret going the extra mile to come here. It’s definitely worth it!
