“I was very surprised at the large selection of products at this store. The prices are what you'd typically expect to find at a depanneur, but still pretty decent considering current inflation. The staff are very polite and sociable. Overall a great experience and I would definitely recommend this location! :)”
“The service I got by one employee in the electrical department was amazing! There was an item with one left "in stock". I couldn't find it and was sure it was an inventory problem. A young employee didn't know what my item was for and so he asked another one to come help me. This other employee (don't know his name but ~30s, bald, not too tall), literally searched all the boxes and, sure enough, my item was mixed with unrelated items. Then, he gave me all sorts of insightful tips and then when I asked for something else, he just found it in half a second and told me exactly how it had to be installed, etc. I left amazed, impressed, and really happy about the service. Good job!”

“EDIT: I have ordered multiple times since and appreciate the effort/improvements being made. Every time I have an order (a special order because they do not have it in stock), I have to do the calling and follow up to see where my product is. I've been waiting for 2 months for the same order as usual. (Usually takes 3 weeks, and they always seem to get it 24-48hrs after I call), and have not received any news. As well when they do call to say they have the product, they never leave a message. There is definetely room for improvement, I'm to the point of going to another BMR nearly an hour away to get better service as this is a product that I cannot get in other stores.”
