“The times that I’ve gone I’ve always received great customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I went a few weeks back to have my stick cut right before closing hours. The guy who did it, did an impeccable job and took his time even though they were about to close. Looking forward to my next visit!”

“Good family owned shop, the guy has been in the game for 25-30years, mamma knew him, and prices nowhere near as pretentious as some other sports shops around town, they give you the exact time on what you need...wether you have a budget or not...will definitely go again”

“This is not my first review of this shop, but after my most recent experience, I just had to update my review. I would give them 10 stars if I could — 5 stars for the quality of their work and 5 stars for their staff and the way they treat their customers. I originally came here for adjustments to my e-trike brakes and derailleur. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and the work was done quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with the service. More recently, they helped me with a much more complicated problem with my trike. They took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem, inspect the differential and bearings, and fix the issue properly. Their knowledge and attention to detail really impressed me. They are also very honest and fair with their pricing, which I really appreciate. This is the best bike repair shop in the area, and I highly recommend them. Even if you have a shop closer to you, you won’t regret going the extra mile to come here. It’s definitely worth it! Thank you to the whole team for the great service!”
