“Excellent service, took the time to listen to my problem and found a solution going beyond what I expected: I needed 6 very specific screws unavailable from the big brands, Inov had on the tablets a box of 100 screws which would have been suitable but since I only needed 6, they looked in the back of the shop and found an open box (for the shop's use I believe) of similar screws and provided me with 6!
