“Great personal service! I thought I needed a new chain for my saw. I brought in the old one and Benoit came back in a few minutes with the new chain and took the time to ask me what was wrong with the old chain as it looked ok to him. When I told him it would not cut he suggested that perhaps I'd but it on backwards and explained how the chain should be oriented. This knowledge alone is worth the price of a new chain which I was happy to buy. To be sure I now knew what I was doing, I returned the next day with the entire saw and Benoit walked me through the process. Exceptional store with great employees!”
