I purchased lots of items from them in the past several years. Recently I added a few items into my cart and the next day I was ready to checkout and the items increased in price significantly. This is poor customer approach. I will be reassessing purchasing from them again.

Yeah, they're not as fast as Amazon, but where else can you get such good audio cables for so little. Prime cables has totally changed my studio for the better, and I'm legit thankful that they're around and most importantly IN CANADA!

Very slow. Ordered speaker wire Monday evening June 3 (technically 00:20 Tuesday 4 June ET). It's now Thursday June 6 and the package is still apparently being packed and hasn't left the warehouse. I'll stick with other shops such as Amazon with much faster shipping.
