I ordered an electric desk and received it broken! The motor is broken, only one side goes up and down, and the other one doesn't. Then this has caused other breakages.I have already wasted a lot of time setting up the desk and taking it down (due to breakage) and on top of that, the service with ShopperPlus is VERY long, it's been 3 days that I'm in communication with them by phone and email and the problem is still not solved!!!Wouldn't recommend to anyone! Do not buy with this company!

Over all I had good experiences in past three years, I brought cables, monitor stand, desk and chairs on this website. Around two thousand dollars? LOLI'm overweighed ~230lb and I'm glad I can find decent price mesh seat chair here. It has been two years, my seat mesh broke last week and I brought a newer model Moustache Ergonomic chair again.I love the mesh seat. It would be great if you can sell me the mesh seat part separately in future. You know it save money and more eco friendly. Or an enhanced seat with some kinds of weight support, like a bike saddle inside the mesh seat.I will definitely buy more product from this website in future.

I have purchased many things from Prime Cable / Shoppers + / Ink 123 and have found some of their products to be well priced and some products of good value. I have bought TV/sound bar hinge brackets, speaker swivel wall brackets, moustache ink, hdml cables and phone jacks and recently a drill on sale for under $40. The drill is better quality than other brand names. I have worked with their customer service and have had no issue returning items within the 90 day window when they did not work as advertised. But, I bought a tent (over $200) at the end of last season and when I put it up this year, I realized it is cheap in every way. I wouldn't sleep in that tent 1 night because it is flimsy, hard to put up and has cheap parts. Definitely, not worth the price paid. Customer service refused to do anything to make this right. Be careful what you purchase!

I ordered a standing desk the day before yesterday and it has already arrived!The desk itself, Prime Cable brand of course, is sturdy and appears to be of good quality. Plus, it was $100 less than on Amazon for the same model.10/10 great service and products.

The shipping is slow and item in stock status is not correct at all! When I order it said in stock, the place the order, after 4 days the items are still waiting to be packed! Then contact the customer service told me that one item is back ordered and no ETA for that item. They will wait for that item to be in stock then shipping, that is why the order may delay months or years. They will not let the customer know what happened under the table unless you contact them. I think the decision should be made by the customer and you should inform the customer for any updates, not just let them wait for no reason.

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant on ordering from them. My brother in law orders from them all the time and recommended them. I can’t say anything about their customer service, but I can say ordering from the website was a little difficult and glitchy. I had to use my laptop in the end. I ordered on Monday morning and had my monitor desk mounts on Tuesday. Products were as expected and I was impressed with how quickly I got everything. I will order from them again and hopefully never have to deal with their customer service.

ordered 2 cables worth $8 great price, however both are not working properly and company wants me to prove that its their fault. currently waiting on email from them to see what proof they want, then i will have to send video showing the issue so they can send replacements. this is probably the worst service i have received in recent years for an online purchase. will not be getting anymore business from me. preference would be to walk in to big box store and purchase so that if there is a problem exchange is simple

I purchased a TV mount via Amazon: difficult to install and the dimensions indicated on their site were not precise. So, I am in the process of returning it, but very very difficult to get a refund. The response times are very long and they always find a different reason for not refunding me and want to convince me to keep the product. Very poor customer service.

I’m surprised that reviews are so low. I’ve bought for many years now, products are cheaper than Amazon but you need 30$ worth to get free shipping. My latest order came after one day, very impressed. The main problem would be that you don’t get many reviews, so get the stuff that is simple and cheap.

Do not buy anything from here. I had a table stand stop working and it was still in warranty. Emails were going back and forth for 4 months and nothing got done. The customer service is disappointing and they don't care about it. Well never buy anything from here again.
