Back in 20 minutes. I was here for 36 minutes waiting in front of the entrance. The young lady opened the door to the store saying she had troubles with the drivers. Is she the only one working in this building? Does she actually need to arrange the driver's routes and talk to clients? Terrible service.

Girl at counter must be new. There is a lineup of 5 people and things are not moving at this location.

package not delivered on time, tracking is not reliable, cannot reach anyone for help with the delivery, unexpected surcharge appears at delivery). We paid a shipping fee $55 and agreed for parcel to be delivered by a set date.
