The older man at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful to me, he kept cutting me off and swearing in our conversation when I was simply trying to pick up my package. He belittled me and treated me like garbage. This interaction ruined my day and i will never be using purolator again.

How is posible to to be charged more than 1000$ for a package less than 10kg to be sent, that worth around 150$? Does not make any sense. Crazy and désappointement.

I paid 40$ to have a package delivered by Purolator. A week later I get a notice saying the package had been delivered, although, no delivery, no signature. 2 hrs later I noticed online an "Attention" alert, saying that I have to go pick it up at their depot. This is the worst delivery service in Canada. One star is being generous, but we don't have the option for zero stars...

Delivery guy Dialed in for a delivery but did not really go inside for delivery. I work from home so the guy did not really want to deliver the package. Instead left a note. Vaudreuil dorion area! Get a better delivery driver.

I am current at four out of four deliveries from Purolator where the driver never bothered to attempt a delivery (one of these was after a fresh snowfall and there were no tracks anywhere!). The driver, four times out of four, did not leave a note. I would not recommend Purolator to anyone. I have not encountered this with Amazon, FedEx, Intelcom, UPS, or Canada Post (despite both Canada Post and Purolator, last I checked, being managed by the same parent company); they all have always at least made a token effort at delivering the parcel they have.The depot is pretty out of the way, and I see that the hours were changed such that it is not even open 12-4. So now not only is it a pain to receive the parcels in the first place, but picking them up at the depot is more of a pain than it already was before.I give two stars rather than one only because I have not had problems with the employees at the pickup counter once there. I could see in their faces that I was far from the first who had voiced my complaints to them about the drivers.

I work from home. The delivery person did not bother to ring the front door bell and put the paper saying i wasnt there on my garage door. So now i have do drive to their warehouse which is an half hour drive but apparently for some reason it says that it's closed at 2pm on a tuesday on google maps.... This is not the first time they come to my place and don't bother checking if I'm home

Notice on the door that effective today, they open at 11:30. No regard for people's time and effort to get to the post office. Terrible customer service.

Though it is a shipping drop off center with a computer and printer, they are ill equipped to make the transaction easy. Computer down, cannot log on, employee has no idea of the password. Otherwise, the employees at the counter are nice.

It's the second time I receive the message told me receiver unavailable... I'm working from HOME!!! no one come to my house. If you cannot deliver the package, please put it in one of your warehouse and ask me to pick it up directly next time.

Waited all day for an urgent package to arrive. At 3pm decided to check the status online and saw "Attempted delivery - receiver unavailable". I'm working from home!! They definitively didn't come at all. Worst thing is says to check my notice. Well there isn't any obviously. This is so frustration. Get better drivers that will actually do their job in the Vaudreuil-Dorion area. This is not the first time this has happened. Now I don't know how to get my urgent package.

I am missing 3 packages that were "left at the front door"None of which were, my husband and I both work from home and were there to receive them.I contacted a "Customer Support Care & Tracing Specialist" several times who just keeps telling me that they "emailed the depot to recover the package". They also said that they could not help me with the two other packages that were lost because I had to open new cases for them, (one package was supposed to arrive on one day and the other two the following day). So if "customer support" can't help, that kind of puts me at a loss.I have been very patient, even in light of the fact that I paid for items and have not received them. And frankly, I would understand and somewhat tolerate one package, but 3? And now all I'm getting is the run-around? No, not acceptable at all.

Almost got scammed with my Dell delivery. And it said delivery attempted; but no note, and no doorbell and i was home! I call to see if can pick it up the following day and was notified that someone scheduled a pick up under my name (but fake number) at another location (Daoust in St Lazare)So someone knows the Purolator system and that you can reschedule a pickup without proof of identity and is taking advantage to scam laptops/Desktops from Dell.I wasn’t even notified if the change.l of pick up either…

I love this Purolator depot. No line ups, friendly staff and Amazon returns are quick to ship.
