“Very good place to buy living room sets from major brands at very good prices Thanks to Pietro and Mounia for the excellent service I highly recommend”
“Very good experience for the beginning to the end. Delivery guys are very polite and professional. Took everything out of the box and set it up to make sure everything was good. I feel appreciated as a customer compared to those other companies that will drop the boxes outside your door and tell you if there’s a problem to call the customer service number !! Domon is the way to go! Thank you!”
“We are very satisfied with the service received by my seller Abdulla for our purchase. He was able to listen to our requests and offer us advice. Looking forward to receiving our order! Thank you so much !”
“Dubois is the best place in Montreal to get a beautiful and sturdy wooden table. Any piece of furniture you get there will be a lifetime investment! All the employees at Dubois - the owner, the sales assistant, the delivery personnel - are true professionals with a very polite and positive attitude! We have gotten a unique marvelous table that suits our lounge perfectly. Christian even managed to make the custom bar table legs for us. Besides, he made it all happen right before Christmas so that we could have our celebrations with all the nearest and dearest around the fascinating table! We are very grateful to Christian and the whole Dubois team! Thank you!”
“Mr. Hamid is a very pleasant individual who has helped me go through the process for a purchase regarding multiple items for the house. Very polite man who is knowledgeable about the products in the store! Thank you for answering all our questions !”
“Seems like there was a miscommunication and the big guy fixed everything finally and he truly cares about his customers. We are very content now. Thanks Big Boss A.”
“My family has been a Futon d’or customer for over 10 years. We appreciate that their products are locally made to a high standard and are durable. Recently, we had an issue with a new futon mattress, which was due to an error on our part. The owner was extremely accommodating and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. We would not hesitate to purchase additional items from them in the future.”
“Mobilart has beautiful and unique pieces for your home. I just received mine and I am very happy with the quality and service received, especially from Vince. He was very knowledgeable, he listened and gave his expert advice which was very appreciated. I definitely recommend Mobilart”

“I have spent a lot of time finding the perfect sofa, both in person and online. I even considered driving to Toronto to visit stores we don’t have in Montreal. I accidentally stumbled upon Leopard furniture which I visited in the mall - they have a beautiful selection of high end furniture. I’m pretty picky and the sofa I bought is one of the most comfortable sofas I’ve sat on. I was able to customize my sofa to my liking (style of the modules, fabrics and colours). This option is amazing for anyone looking for an unique piece of furniture. I received the sofa in 3 months as promised, the delivery team was efficient, careful and professional. When I opened the well-packaged boxes, you can notice right away the incredible craftsmanship that went into creating this sofa. The quality is impeccable. Erfan was super nice, patient and knowledgeable about the products - he provided superb customer service throughout my experience, but especially when the pillows had the wrong pattern I had selected. He re-ordered the correct ones and I’m super appreciative of this prompt service. All in all, the quality of their sofas is exceptional - from the construction to the flawless upholstery work. Yes, they're pricier than some competitors, and custom orders take 3 months but the quality and service make it worth every penny. This isn't just furniture, it's an investment that I'll enjoy for years to come. Expérience absolument exceptionnelle!”
“Always satisfied every time I have to go to this store. Alex at parts and services, Sébastien at water testing and maintenance products, are incredible!! The whole team is amazing!! Affordable and quality product!!! Thank you ?”
“J’ai fait remplacé ma toiture en bardeaux par un revêtement plus moderne en tôle et j’en ai profité en même temps pour faire remettre mon pavillon au niveau. ( Pavillon acheté au même endroit il y’a 15 ans et de nouveaux propriétaires) Tout simplement WOW ! Les travaux ont été effectués de façon professionnelle et je les recommande fortement. Excellent service client.”
“The store offers exceptional customer service: the team is welcoming, attentive and always ready to help. Each visit is pleasant thanks to their availability and professionalism. With a choice of quality products and a well-organized space, it is a place that I recommend without hesitation.”
“The manager was really pleasant from sales to after-sales. No pressure and when we unpacked it our table had a defect, he exchanged it for us without problem. I recommend this store. A nice selection of stools!”
“This is a wonderfully curated boutique filled with elevated home staples, artfully crafted knick-knacks, and minimalist wearables — all at (mostly) attainable prices. There's a gallery in the basement with a modern eclectic collection, too.”
“John Bowes was super helpful and had great ideas; he is always very accessible; delivery service was perfect; and when small issues came up, the team handled them immediately. I really enjoyed my purchases from District A Design”
“I would highly recommend Grant Armstrong at Caplans for your next appliance purchase. After spending weeks for The Brick to deliver I gave up and moved on to Caplans and got a better quality appliance for less and it was delivered and installed by the end of the week. Fantastic service thanks Grant for an amazing no hassle experience.”
“Outstanding customer experience! It's not all about buying a sofa but having a design advisory service to ensure I make the right choice becomes essential :) Thank you Lovaco I love the Ethnicraft brand”
“Really very nice store with affordable prices and very courteous service. The delivery was perfect and on time. We feel confident at Décor Maria. Go for it without hesitation!”
“Our experience at EQ3 was AMAZING! We went in with no expectations at all and we came out so so so satisfied! The products were good quality and the fact that there was such a large selection of material to choose from made it even better. But products don’t sell themselves, especially furniture. Sometimes you go in without really knowing what your looking for… that is where the employees make the difference! Everyone in the store was friendly, smiling - but it was Keven Jobin that made the difference! His knowledge regarding the products, the material, order placements and follow-ups not only made us choose EQ3, but made us go back in the next day to place another new order. He was thorough and so patient with us… I congratulate EQ3 in product quality, product design, and most importantly their team of people!!”
“Guillaume offers outstanding customer service that truly reflects excellence! The store’s products are a must-see, with an impressive selection that makes shopping here a fantastic experience. I’m absolutely thrilled with the level of service I received, and I couldn’t be a happier customer.”
“I had excellent service from Nüspace in 2020 when purchasing stools and chairs, which I continue to enjoy on a daily basis to this day. I contacted the store again following my move last week because one of the four cushions on one of my stools had been lost during the move, which meant that the stool was no longer stable. I was told to go to the store and they gave me four new ones free of charge. Just like in 2020, the customer service was impeccable, and I recommend this store without hesitation for the quality of the products and service.”
“It's great to have a home decor shop nearby. Wide selection of beautiful items. The furniture is high quality. I've bought counter stools & livingroom furniture. Love all of it. Worth every penny! Delivery was seamless.”
“I shopped with them 1 week ago and the service is very professional. Thanks to Fiorella for the design advice and care taken.Very good experience, I really recommend it.”
“Incredible service and amazing team, really appreciate Mister Chacra for his attention to customer care and personal dedication to the quality of Roche Bobois products and of the after purchase service!”
“I bought a few sofas 25 years ago from Danny. They have travelled across the world w me. I still have them and they’re still the best sofas ever! I’ve had new slip covers made from Montauk about 10 years ago and flew them to Australia. Also added a bit more feathers to the bottom cushions. Montauk is the only shop/thing I miss from Montreal ❣️”
“Excellent service and nice selection of items for the home. Special thanks to Alexis for her great helpfulness following our recent purchase of a sofa at their branch.”
“I had a fantastic experience at Brothers furniture shop. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the quality of their furniture is top-notch. I highly recommend supporting this wonderful business in our community!”
“Apart from the fact that we received our furniture 1 month later than expected, we are satisfied overall. Impeccable service offered by Jean and Marcel by far the best furniture installers we have had.”
Bob's Discount Furniture is growing while its competitors shrink. The Manchester, Connecticut-based retailer reported strong fourth-quarter results in its first earnings call since going public in February, with revenue climbing 8.2% to $648.8 million. Full-year net revenue jumped 16.8% to $2.4 billion, and net income rose to $121.7 million from $87.9 million the prior year. CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
Wayfair is testing a new, smaller store design. The online home furnishings giant, famous for its endless digital catalog, is trying a different strategy for its physical locations. The company announced plans to open a smaller prototype store in Columbus, Ohio, scheduled for late 2026. Located next to the Polaris Fashion Mall, the new space will span approximately 70,000 square feet.
Online furniture giant Wayfair is setting up shop in Atlanta with plans for a huge 150,000-square-foot store opening in 2026. The new location will take over the former Walmart space at The District at Howell Mill shopping center. This marks Wayfair's second big store, following its first location that opened in Wilmette, Illinois, in May 2024.
