“I had a fantastic experience at Lessard Bicycles. The parking was very convenient and the location was easy to access, which made the whole visit simple from the start. The staff were excellent, friendly, and fully bilingual, and they made everything feel welcoming and stress-free. The store was clean, including the washroom, which is always appreciated during a longer shopping or service visit.
What really stood out was the great selection of bikes and accessories. There was a strong range of products, and the accessories section in particular was impressive. Pricing also felt very fair, offering real value for the quality and service provided. Customer service here was outstanding, and honestly it was a night-and-day difference compared with what I’m used to in Toronto versus Quebec City.
They originally needed three days to build the bike, but when they learned I was returning to Toronto, they went out of their way to help me and had it ready within hours the same day. That level of care really left an impression on me. Overall, this was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back next summer for my first free tune-up and for annual tune-ups on all of my bikes. Lessard Bicycles should be your first stop when shopping for bicycles or accessories.”
“I ordered some cross country skis from Edmonton from this shop, as they were all sold out here. They shipped the skis fast and packaged safely, with a reputable shipping company. They also had a wicked discount on the pair I got which no one would price match here in Edmonton. They were also very kind when I called and asked if they were a legit company before I placed an out of province order (lol). Skis are great, would definitely buy from them again!”

We had Mathieu Performance (496 1re Av) assemble our bicycles (with which we had flown packed in rolling cases) and then dis-assemble and repack our bicycles at the end of our trip. “Echo sports is AMAZING, so fortunate I found their website, I really just needed reliable, truthful information and fortunately got Jeremie on the phone - if you do too - consider yourself lucky. I called with questions on skis and he was SO patient, extremely knowledgeable and the kind of person who comes across so sincerely over the phone that you instantly trust their advice.
Ultimately it comes down to selection, price and service, despite how helpful the store is over the phone...just know THEY CAN'T BE BEAT. And they may not even be trying, they just seem focused on having great selection, price and customer service.
I've been shopping for skis for 3 weeks and felt totally defeated, all the skis look different from store to store and even within the specific brand. Jeremie and Echo took the confusion and anxiety out of the equation for me so I could get back to being excited about buying skis, not weary.
Go there for any skiing needs, they are shipping my order to me in Ontario so it's super smooth, it's easier than going to the national chain in the mall nearby. And way way better!”

“I came for information regarding parts, I was answered but the attitude of the lady who answered me was far from appreciated. She sounded very haughty and uncourteous. I returned with my bike and was answered this time by a young man from the repair shop. Very kind and answered all my questions without pressure selling or denigrating me about the age of the bike, its condition and the little knowledge I have on the subject.
Update: I just had a bad moment/bad day regarding the lady. She was very helpful the next few times.”
