I have dealt with an employee named Mark twice now and he such a sweetie! He correctly guessed a perfume I was looking for from a vague description I had as a memory of trying samples! Very kind, well-informed, soft-spoken and has a good sense of humour. Please treasure this employee, he is a gem!
