“Second to None Service !!! | I drove 5 hours from Toronto to pick up my bike this past weekend. Nicholas was timely with his emails offering me an unreal price. I cannot believe they had my size in stock and had the bike on hold without a deposit. The staff that greeted me were expecting me, found my order in minutes and wasted no time preparing the bike giving it a good once over, tubless sealing the wheelset, and adjusting it for fitment. They helped me load it up in my compact car and I was off within the hour. Hats off boys, keep up the good work ?? ??♂️ ???”

“HiExcellent experience at the service center this past weekend!Was on Sherbrooke street east at the light to go in the parking lot of the Canadian Tire when all the gage lid upAnd then the engine stopped, no more electricity, that was this past Saturday around 17.05 .Called the Canadian Tire service line to check hours of business for Sunday , message said 7:30- 17:00 , called a towing to bring my car near the service center they arrived an hour later !In the meantime a police car came , to see if I was feeling find ?Since I was blocking the intersection, they pushed me by arm past it and installed some security flares!At this branch they have a door slot in which you can pass a key ?.Wrote a message on an envelope with instructions put car key inside.Canadian Tire service called me at 8:00 am Sunday morning they started by doing a analysis which I authorized by phone called me back a few hours later to say I needed a new alternator and ground wire , which I also authorized by phone .The car was ready for pickup at 14:00Totally repaired.Quick and well done at a reasonable pricing .CheersMike”

“I was riding on the Westmount Park bike path last evening when I rolled over a large stick. My fender was all bent and broken and I could not ride my bike anymore. The tools in the park were rusted and I could not adjust the wrench. I was with a friend and she told me that there was a bike shop a few blocks away on Victoria so I rolled my bike on its back wheel there just before closing. A very kind man helped me remove my fender and I was able to ride my bike home. Such good service! Thank you!”
