“Montreal has many many crystal shops, but this one has been by far my favorite. It's calm and instantly made me detach from the busy streets.
It has 2 floors. I'd call the ground floor the crystal cave, where all types, shapes and colors crystals are available. Then the second floor is dedicated to jewelry. It has a station where you can customize your own bracelet, it was so fun. I usually just like looking around, but this interactive activity definitely intrigued me.
The service was amazing, employees are respectful and helpful, they can answer your questions and they know what they're talking about.
All and all, I'd like to add that its prices are very affordable. I was shocked, positively, by the quality/price range. I'd take a look if I were you ;)”
“Beautiful store, I love going there to find my greeting cards. However, I just witnessed poor customer service from a lady who had a question. The 2 employees at the counter, not knowing the item in question, let him leave frustrated with the service, and adopted a condescending attitude after his departure, while a little initiative and curiosity (google?) from the 2 employees would have left a much better impression on this customer, and on all those who witnessed it.”
