“Came here because it was described as a Care & Repair Point for Secrid wallets. I had bought my wallet 1-2 years ago and the cards started to fall out. The (owner?) was very nice and very helpful. He offered to replace the inner padding of my Secrid wallet. It was ready an hour later, and my cards don't fall out anymore. Highly recommend.”

Actually very poor service by him
We came to buy a watch today and Peter quietly invited us to leave the store and come back later.
There were other people looking through the windows but these people were not treated with as much disrespect.
As already a customer of the store, I find this unacceptable and I would even say very insulting.
He didn't even try to find out why we were there.
I hope that management will take measures to preserve its brand image because behavior like this tarnishes the house
