“I’ve been strength training with Andrew twice a week for almost a year, and it’s been great - I am stronger, my posture is better, and I’ve been free of injuries. Andrew creates specific workouts for clients and then switches them up every few weeks, so it stays fresh and challenging. I always learn something when I’m there, and he does a particularly good job of recommending stretches and other recovery exercises. Very grateful to have this business in Barrington!”

“With my husband's urging, I started training with Jonathan about 3 months ago as a way to rehabilitate my shoulder so that I could go back to Kickboxing (which I was LOVING). What happened instead, though- was that my shoulder feels great, and I loved having small group personal training so much, that I decided to stick with it, and cancel the kickboxing! I started seeing results within a couple of weeks and actually look forward to going. I would never push myself if left to my own devices, and found that the small group really helps with my motivation and energy levels. Jonathan and Emily are absolutely lovely and are amazing motivators. I HIGHLY recommend!”
