“With my husband's urging, I started training with Jonathan about 3 months ago as a way to rehabilitate my shoulder so that I could go back to Kickboxing (which I was LOVING). What happened instead, though- was that my shoulder feels great, and I loved having small group personal training so much, that I decided to stick with it, and cancel the kickboxing! I started seeing results within a couple of weeks and actually look forward to going. I would never push myself if left to my own devices, and found that the small group really helps with my motivation and energy levels. Jonathan and Emily are absolutely lovely and are amazing motivators. I HIGHLY recommend!”

Whether it be for a day, a week, or multiple months, this gym feels like home. The staff are warm, welcoming, and supportive, the facility is kept in immaculate condition, and they are always trying to add more equipment based on the needs of the clientele. It is so much more than a gym, it is an experience. I genuinely look forward to the next time I get to visit for a workout and try to get back on the leaderboard!”
