“This particular Laundromax was awesome! My clothes were not only clean, smelling fresh, and folded neatly, but my dresses and shirts were in a hanger and plastic as if I had picked them up from a dry cleaners. The place is clean at all times. And the staff is always courteous which is rare in so many places. Thank you for your service!”

“I utilized the wash and fold service this morning and am very pleased with the results. The quality of the cleaning is excellent, the clothes have a fresh scent, and the packaging was handled with great care. While there was a slight language barrier but, we were able to communicate effectively using a translation app. Her service was professional and helpful despite the challenge. I am very satisfied with the overall experience and plan to return every two weeks to have my laundry handled here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality service.”

“I’m a regular customer at this laundromat and wasn’t aware of the recent changes, but Ed made the whole process easy and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything I needed to do to get a new card and even helped me receive a $20 promo code. His customer service was outstanding — friendly, patient, and very helpful. Employees like Ed are the reason I’ll continue coming here to do my laundry. Thanks again, Ed!”

“I hadn't been to a laundromat in YEARS (seriously, probably since I was a kid with my mom), and I walked into Laundromax completely overwhelmed. Then I met Meg. She helped me with everything! Weighing my laundry, figuring out how much money to put on my card, choosing the right machines, avoiding problematic ones, and and making sure I didn’t use enough detergent to turn the laundromat into a foam party since I was washing what felt like my entire closet at once. Meg made the whole process so much easier and less intimidating. She was so incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. Girl went above and beyond. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. Every laundromat needs a Meg!”

“I like this laundromat ... And I've been to many in the 10 years I've lived in the area. It's clean, spacious, easy to reload the card, and the employees I've come across are always working hard and have amazing attitudes. Honestly they probably deserve raises, you don't always see that these days. It's not the closest laundromat to me but I continue make the trip.”

409 Warren Ave, East Providence RI 02914
“The lady is very nice. The prices are posted but for my 2 normal jackets, it's $15 each to be dry cleaned. Standard turnaround is about 1 week but they can do it faster for no additional charge if you ask. They do not accept credit cards for transactions under $25 but you can pay at pick up.”

1315 Broad St, Providence RI 02905
“I love the laundromat, oscar and ericka are great and always helpful and provide great service. BUT THE LOUD MUSIC IS DISTURBING. TOO LOUD AND INTEAD OF RELAXING ALL YOU HEAR IS THE CUSTOMERS TALKING EXTRA LOUD PLUS THE MUSIC LOUD TOO MAKES THE EXPERIENCE A BIT UNCOMFORTABLE. Less loud music please.”

290 Taunton Avenue, East Providence RI 02914
“I had the sleeves removed from an old dress, the zipper fixed, and the sides taken in slightly. The ladies were so lovely and fun to work with. They listened to me and didn't pressure me to make the dress more form fitting. I had to come in a twice for a second measurement. The cost seemed reasonable for the tight turnaround and all that I had done to the dress. They take cash. Would recommend!”

“Wonderful place! Both the owners and the manager Sue are so helpful and happy to help make a not so fantastic way to spend your day as easy and stress free as possible. Both the place and the machines are clean and easy to use, which to me is very important. And for the days that I am busy they have that wonderful wash and fold service that they offer as well. My favorite place to wash and dry my clothes”

“Eden Park does a consistently good job for a fair price. We take a lot of expensive clothes there and have not had any problems. I've even had rugs cleaned and sanitized. Several of their bad reviews have to do with customer service or tailoring, neither of which have given me trouble (I believe their tailor retired during COVID).”
