The dress sadly had some bad stains on the front. I immediately took it to Prestige cleaners because they have a guy there who can work magic on stains like this. In just 2 days, Prestige made this dress look brand new. I am so grateful!!!”

“Great laundry! It is easy to locate with plenty of parking. The laundry is VERY clean and tidy. You can tell the staff takes care of the location. Windows, floor, machines, baseboards, countertops and chairs were fantastic. It was my first time using them and Dennis could not have been any nicer in assisting me with which machines to use, offering a cart and just overall really pleasant. I will use them again the next time I'm in town and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.”
“Very clean and spacious atmosphere. Plenty of new machines. I started using them a few weeks ago for loads of towels until our dryer is installed at work. Michelle is always so helpful and friendly when I go. She goes out of her way to make things easy and convenient for you. They are very lucky to have an honest hard worker like her. It goes a long way and is much appreciated.”

“So I drop off and pick up. My laundry always smells clean and fresh. They do a fantastic job in a timely manner and as a bachelor, it suits my needs. But when I went to pick up my laundry on Friday and discovered a $20 bill neatly folded on the top of the pile I was amazed. I knew I had a $20 that had been missing but let's face it...I'm not the first idiot to misplace cash. And I had no idea where it had ended up. So I had written it off. But that $20 bill had been in one of my pants pockets. Instead of the laundy technician palming the money and putting it in his/her own pockets, it was folded up and stacked with the rest of my laundry. I will never go anywhere else becase at the end of the day, these people have EARNED my trust.”

“Never thought I would make a review for a dry cleaners but after the exceptional service I received over the course of the past 8 months I had to! First off the staff here is impeccable. Always greets you with a smile as you walk through the door. Molly the manager there is another reason for my returning buisness. She always remembers my name as I walk through that door and even remembers my go to time to make it as speedy as possible. The prices are very competitive to places I've been around the area but there is no other place I'd trust my suits and clothes to go. Not to mention the convenient location right off 44 and next to my favorite Dunkins. Keep up the great work! And strongly recommend you give them your business!”
“Emily and her team literally saved my wedding by fixing my dress the day before my wedding. Another seamstress had been working on my dress for months and waited until the week of my wedding to have it "done" but when I tried it on it still didn't fit, as it was a strapless and heavy dress I was repeatedly assured I could get to fit despite being bustier. The original seamstress said there was nothing more she could do. I was devastated when it didn't fit and spent the days before my wedding going to every seamstress I could find and nobody could help. The day before our rehearsal dinner, my sister found Emily online and we drove over an hour to see if she could help. She and her team had to take apart the whole dress to make the waist tighter and take in the bust, and they did this all overnight with one seamstress out sick and had the dress to me before my rehearsal. It looked amazing. Emily was incredible and charged me way less than I had expected to pay, given how incredibly last minute it was. I cannot recommend them enough, especially for any brides out there who are desperate like I was! Thank you Emily!!!!”

“I have been looking for a new dry cleaner and found Best. Such a pleasure. They’ve done an incredible job with my husband’s work shirts and suits, as well as dresses for me and my daughters. My kids can be messy and they never have a problem getting their stains out. One day after dropping off a bunch of clothes I realized my husband needed a shirt and a suit the next day. I called them and they got it done right away without a problem. Highly recommend.”
“*** Original 2019 Review*** I meant to write this last year- they do a FANTASTIC job and the employees are always pleasant. Front-store parking can get tricky though as someone already mentioned. If there's no spots at the front there is parking to the side of the building (although I don't know if its okay to park there- I'd call ahead and check just to be sure).Last year they hemmed over a dozen items for me ranging from my tops, pants and dresses to my husband’s favorite sweater. Price-wise I find them to be a tad pricey compared to others around... BUT... its fair for the quality of work they provide. Before finding Elite Tailors, I had been to a few other alteration places in RI where they charged less, and the quality reflected the price I paid.I hope businesses get a chance to read these reviews because if they do: Thank you Elite Tailors & Cleaners! I will for sure be seeing you all the next time my clothes need alterations :-)*2023 Update* I still go here for dress/skirt/anything alterations! Just last week, they altered a skirt for me and it fits great!”

“Eden Park does a consistently good job for a fair price. We take a lot of expensive clothes there and have not had any problems. I've even had rugs cleaned and sanitized. Several of their bad reviews have to do with customer service or tailoring, neither of which have given me trouble (I believe their tailor retired during COVID).”
