“My favorite meticulously curated vintage shop. I know that every time I’m there I will have a struggle deciding what to buy, because I simply want it all. A must-see vintage shop?
Thank you for all you do!!!”
“This is an excellent shop. Relaxing, warm vibe. Great clothes that are excellent prices. I always find a few fun things when I'm there. Lots of stuff I can wear at work but also more fun stuff as well :)”
“Place was nice and organized.Owner knows what she is talking about. There are some nice items there. We will definitely be a future buyer. Call us when you get more! Thank you.”
“cute little antique shop. lots of clothes and kitchenware. it was super hot in here since it’s summer, so i’m sure fall would be best to visit. definitely worth checking out though!”
“Probably the best thrift / antiques store I’ve ever been too. Great selection and quality of items, every corner has a surprise for you. From clothes to household goods, to music, to movies, to everything you can imagine. It’s a must go.”
“Best priced vintage store! Only vintage store in the state with vast knowledge of clothing trends and styles throughout the 1900’s and early 2000’s, doesn’t price things at outrageous prices always reasonable I’ve purchased items for $80 that were worth 300+!! Wonderful attitude and real with her customers as well!”
“I really enjoyed visiting this store on my trip to Providence. It is so nice to have plus sizes included in such a cute boutique! Also, the staff there deserves all the money. The person who helped me was kind and encouraging and even gave some recommendations for more places to stop in Providence. I can't wait to visit again!”
“Great selection of gifts and home goods! They have an especially notable selection of great cookbooks. On my last visit here, I picked up a copy of "Melted Cheese" containing recipes for my most beloved food. Service was very quick and friendly! Some of the items seem a bit overpriced, but other items are reasonable. In the past, I have purchased some small dishes for entertaining in cool finishes such as a bright gold to use for appetizers. Great place to stop in where you're in downtown Providence.”
“This place is amazing! Has beautiful antiques and furniture. I use a rollator and mobility aids and antique stores are usually very crowded, for me, they were barely crowded, and were able to move things that were in my way!”
“The store atmosphere is clean, bright, organized and filled with a carefully curated selection of children’s clothing and accessories. The salesperson Pam was responsive, direct and helpful. She was informative (when I needed her to be) without being a “hoverer.” She was unbothered by my very active three year old, which took off a lot of shopping pressure! It’s a BONUS that they also have a padded (yes, padded) play area!”
“We had a very pleasant shopping experience at Alfred’s. The store was beautifully displayed and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend a visit while you are in the area. We bought several items and the staff took great care to package them for transport. Thank you!”
“I had a great time shopping here. I bought a Cuisineart waffle iron, a necklace, and a Christmas decoration. There is stuff here you don't know you need yet!”
“Such an amazing spot! Loads of lovely vintage finds and clothing. I picked up a white asian robe, which unfortunately had damage I did not notice in store. I believe I can fix it myself so it’s no problem. I will be back as soon as I can! I know I’ve found a favorite local shop. ❤️”
“Old Town charm. This place has variety: music equipment, furniture, figurines, artwork, lamps, dishes, tools, you name it. You are bound to find something or otherwise enjoy the hunt.
The prices are reasonable and parking is abundant. Don't deprive yourself; go and see for yourself.”
“Home Again gets an awaking selection of the most beautiful pieces of furniture and home decor you could ever want. John the owner has an eye for quality and great value. I love going here and many of my home furnishings come from here. His service is impressive. He also does estate sales that are always fun to go to and have beautiful items.”
“Small store with a very great collection of high quality items. We regularly stop in here for cards and pick up things like loves and kids toys. Higher end so good gifts”
“So many clothes here! Plenty of dressing rooms are available and the prices are unbeatable. Staff was helpful and easy to work with. Definitely would recommend stopping by!”
“Love the Salvation Army store at this location. They have great programs that serve their surrounding communities. You see where your donations and purchases are used to help others in need.”
“If I could give this place more stars, I would! Super friendly service and great sales! My daughter has 5 children, and has needed equipment with each one. I buy clothes and toys here for all of them. They're always well stocked and attentive to my needs.”
“I’d never heard of this store until my 14 year old came home with a pair of $225 sneakers that she had no business buying. I immediately went back to the store with her and explained the situation (and her mental state which lead to this unreasonable purchase). The gentlemen in the store asked made me aware of the no return policy but due to the situation surrounding this purchase (no need to go into detail) they allowed the return. All of the store associates were very nice and understanding. I’d support them again.”
“A wonderful little vintage shop with a great selection of adorable cat & dog memorabilia. The owner was super nice and knowledgeable. Worth stopping in, whenever you’re in the area.”
