“I've been bringing my cat Maple to City Kitty for nearly 2 years now and really love my experiences there. All the folks there are so caring and kind. Maple has FeLv which unfortunately triggers frequent sick visits, but I always know she's getting quality care.
They listen to concerns, ask questions, and really pay close attention to both the care she needs in the moment and what they may need to check up on from previous visits.
I always appreciate getting the treatment plan estimates beforehand as well.
Overall amazing team providing the highest quality veterinary practice in a clean and welcoming space!”
“Dr Rawlings and tech Tayla were so patient and kind with our super wiggly boy at his second wellness exam, and I so appreciated them taking the time to answer all of our questions in detail and with careful consideration. We felt heard, cared for, and not rushed.
I always say that I wish our vets could be my “people doctor,” and that’s still true. We’ve been taking our dogs to PRAH since shortly after Dr. Linden opened it about 20 years ago and have always felt the competence and compassion she brought to the practice, whether we were seeing her or other staff.”

“My Guinea pigs, rabbits and cat have all been clients here for 17+ years. They always make you and your furry family member feel welcomed and that they are the best. They are gentle and sensitive. When my guinea pigs and rabbits passed, they were so sympathetic. In all these years I would have nothing negative to say except for their lessened hours and no longer have Saturday appointments. This is a huge inconvenience for the "parents" who work. After all these years to just have that one complaint, I think that is positive and reassuring.”

“Drove over 2 hours. Took my dog Wookie there for surgery, price was 700$ for opperation and post opp care. In Dorchester for same procedure cost was to start 3000+++. What a difference saved Wookie's life gave him couple more years. Great service. Highly recommend!!”
“Best place around, been going here for years and they always seem to make my pets visits as comfortable as can be. They truly have a wonderful, caring, loving & kind staff. I brought my dog in yesterday and I was so worried as a pet owner of any bad news with what was going on with him only to be checked by Dr Ilse Bickford and her tech and my baby had a clean bill of health and absolutely nothing to worry about, she truly is an amazing, loving, kind person and I'm forever grateful for people/doctors like her to ease any concern I had and answered all the questions I had. “Dr Richard Mello is the owner & vet. He is very dedicated to his patients & although he retired many years ago..he is still there treating his patients most days.WAH is very busy and the worldwide shortage of vets does not help. They are overwhelmed by people bringing their babies to them. They are often booked at least a month out for routine visits. They do their best to accommodate emergency calls. WAH tries to keep their fees reasonable and will work out a payment plan with you if you're honest!Dr Mello's daughter, Dr Jodi is also an experienced excellent vet there for many years. I've heard another long time vet is retiring soon. They have reduced their hours since COVID to Monday- Friday.I highly recommend WAH.”

“I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Caldwell. My GSD had the worse allergies, other places I've been to would never listen and would try to push medicine and push big company dry foods. Dr. Caldwell listened! Her whole team is fantastic and have great customer service. My GSD allergies have been clearing up since Dr. Caldwell took the time to create a recipe of cooked meals and her patience when giving him his annual shots. I can't thank this office enough for all the stress that has been saved.”
“I've been going to Hoffman's Animal Hospital for some years and have brought several different pets to visit the vet there. I love that it's right up the street from me but also is on the bus line. I have found the Dr to be very professional and courteous as well as proficient in checking my dog over from head to tail. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a veterinarian to give their pets the shots they need and for any other reason needed. Our pets to us are family and they are aware of this”

She followed her case consistently, gave us a clear treatment plan and specific recommendations. The vet techs were incredible and each morning we received a photo update on how our baby was doing. It made us feel so comforted to receive these updates. Every single tech I spoke to was extremely empathetic and efficient to answer any questions they had the capability to answer (I know I had a lot). Most importantly, They made sure our mocha had a comfortable stay while getting the treatment she needed. “I started bringing my cat here in January and I've had nothing but positive experiences. She was very nervous when she first came in and both the vet and vet techs were caring and patient with her. We've seen Dr. Pyun and Dr. Casey, and they both always go above and beyond to make sure she's getting the best care and that I go home with all the information I need. The staff has also made follow-up calls after some appointments, which is very nice. The doctors are great with answering any questions and concerns I have, and I really trust both of them to care for my cat. “I’ve been to a few vet clinics over the years. The staff and vet here are calm and welcoming. I didn’t feel anxious at all like I have in the past at other clinics. We were able to get in quickly and the appointment ran efficiently. They were gentle with my cat even with him having anxiety. I appreciate everyone for being kind.”
