“I've been bringing my cat Maple to City Kitty for nearly 2 years now and really love my experiences there. All the folks there are so caring and kind. Maple has FeLv which unfortunately triggers frequent sick visits, but I always know she's getting quality care.
They listen to concerns, ask questions, and really pay close attention to both the care she needs in the moment and what they may need to check up on from previous visits.
I always appreciate getting the treatment plan estimates beforehand as well.
Overall amazing team providing the highest quality veterinary practice in a clean and welcoming space!”
“Dr Rawlings and tech Tayla were so patient and kind with our super wiggly boy at his second wellness exam, and I so appreciated them taking the time to answer all of our questions in detail and with careful consideration. We felt heard, cared for, and not rushed.
I always say that I wish our vets could be my “people doctor,” and that’s still true. We’ve been taking our dogs to PRAH since shortly after Dr. Linden opened it about 20 years ago and have always felt the competence and compassion she brought to the practice, whether we were seeing her or other staff.”

“My Guinea pigs, rabbits and cat have all been clients here for 17+ years. They always make you and your furry family member feel welcomed and that they are the best. They are gentle and sensitive. When my guinea pigs and rabbits passed, they were so sympathetic. In all these years I would have nothing negative to say except for their lessened hours and no longer have Saturday appointments. This is a huge inconvenience for the "parents" who work. After all these years to just have that one complaint, I think that is positive and reassuring.”

“Best place around, been going here for years and they always seem to make my pets visits as comfortable as can be. They truly have a wonderful, caring, loving & kind staff. I came in worried sick about my pet bunny & was instantly relieved to find out that she was okay. “Pets in need it’s such a great vet for low income assistance, they are so kind , kris the receptionist was so friendly and helpful provided me with the soonest appointment available, Dr.Krane was the sweetest vet I ever met , treated my fur baby like if it was one of her own. Brought in my 12 year old Shitzu Sophie wasn’t feeling well for weeks, did couple of testings, prescribed her medicine gave her fluids , did get better for few days but she was weak struggling had no energy, we spoke about putting her down this week because of her age, nothing else could be done. She passed on Friday before taking her in yesterday , saddest day of my life. But my fur baby is no longer suffering.
Thank you Dr.Krane for such a nice experience and being the sweetest doctor to my fur baby ???? RIP 05-31-2024”

“Dr Richard Mello is the owner & vet. He is very dedicated to his patients & although he retired many years ago..he is still there treating his patients most days.WAH is very busy and the worldwide shortage of vets does not help. They are overwhelmed by people bringing their babies to them. They are often booked at least a month out for routine visits. They do their best to accommodate emergency calls. WAH tries to keep their fees reasonable and will work out a payment plan with you if you're honest!Dr Mello's daughter, Dr Jodi is also an experienced excellent vet there for many years. I've heard another long time vet is retiring soon. They have reduced their hours since COVID to Monday- Friday.I highly recommend WAH.”
“I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Caldwell. My GSD had the worse allergies, other places I've been to would never listen and would try to push medicine and push big company dry foods. Dr. Caldwell listened! Her whole team is fantastic and have great customer service. My GSD allergies have been clearing up since Dr. Caldwell took the time to create a recipe of cooked meals and her patience when giving him his annual shots. I can't thank this office enough for all the stress that has been saved.”

“I've been going to Hoffman's Animal Hospital for some years and have brought several different pets to visit the vet there. I love that it's right up the street from me but also is on the bus line. I have found the Dr to be very professional and courteous as well as proficient in checking my dog over from head to tail. “Our sweet kitty Tofu has been to Bay State Vet ER twice due to complications with Feline Urinary Disease and we were very impressed with his care both times. Dr. Nelson, Dr. Klocke and all of the staff treated him with a high degree of respect and professionalism. They kept us updated on his care even when they were very busy with urgent cases. I also felt the price was quite reasonable for the level of care provided compared to what we have been charged elsewhere.”

We've seen Dr. Pyun and Dr. Casey, and they both always go above and beyond to make sure she's getting the best care and that I go home with all the information I need. The staff has also made follow-up calls after some appointments, which is very nice. The doctors are great with answering any questions and concerns I have, and I really trust both of them to care for my cat.
