“Saw the negative reviews and was nervous, but I was EXTREMELY happy to be proven wrong. Rooms are very clean and modern. Location is great for a quick Uber to Providence. Rates are more than reasonable. The front desk staff were very friendly, accommodating, and quick to help. Ventilation was top notch and the air conditioner was very comfortable. It does not feel like you’re in a roadside motel, but a decent hotel. Very satisfied. Would recommend.”
“What a lovely Best Western. The cleaning crew does a fantastic job keeping the entire place clean. Great location with a lot of great restaurants very close to the hotel. The team there is so nice. The reception when I walked in was commendable and set the tone for a phenomenal stay. They gratefully acknowledged me as a valued customer, complemented by a thoughtful gift bag. The room was fabulous, boasting a stunning view of the harbor. I visited the bar and savored a delicious drink. Although breakfast was not included, it was nothing short of amazing. You could have included the breakfast, but I wasn't sure if I would be hungry. The server was an absolute delight. They had continental breakfast, buffet... all delicious. The bartender was amazing, got to love Italians. He was from Sicily and he was so pleasant! Made my day! Should I say night... he was cheerful, friendly and deserving of a promotion!!”

“Best place to get stranded in a blizzard (ask me how I know…). Vincent and his team went above and beyond to make our stay during the Blizzard of 2026 unforgettable and - dare I say - fun. Our rooms were perfect, the hotel was spotless, and they were wonderful hosts. All the charm of a small town inn, but a really elevated experience that lets you know you’re somewhere special. I’ve stayed here many times - amazing coffee right next door, and the world’s greatest bagels a few steps beyond. With gorgeous waterfront views, every season here is perfection. I’ll return again and again. Would give it 10 stars if I could.”
