“This is hands down the finest, most professional, most efficient, and friendly UPS store I have ever been to. Even though it is not the closest UPS store near my office or home I come here bc no matter the time of day or the inevitable rush of customers that bring with it long lines you never wait long. They always have more than enough people at the counter moving things along, helping customers understand the often confusing messaging Amazon returns can generate, or a better and less expensive way to box and ship they are patient, willing to explain, assist, and show you what you can do better. I have had many experiences where Brian or Steve in particular have taken care of issues i never saw coming, with kind and generous effort despite how busy or exhausted i can see they are. As a management consultant is it obvious they work hard, care about their customers, and take pride in doing the best job possible. The culture of this particular UPS store is singular. 5 stars in every category.”

“I've used their services for many years. I have shipped well over 50 shipments, couches, boxes, tables, chairs, you name it. I have never had one thing broken or lost. on one or 2 occasions, I have had a wet box due to very bad weather here in the DR, not their fault, maybe 'blame' the guy upstairs. “You cannot just give a return parcel/package to the mail carrier for returns anymore. You have to go online to USPS and reserve a day for pickup. Pretty easy to do and usually its next day pickup. They also email you to tell you that your package was picked up. There's several pickup options like requesting the mail carrier knock on your door.”
